This 100 square metre mezzanine floor was purpose-built to increase the client’s warehouse capacity by 75%, all without sacrificing any usable space below.
With a height of 3.4 metres, the design ensures full forklift access and operation below while also providing ample clearance on the mezzanine floor for storage.
We managed the entire process, including application for planning and building permits on behalf of the client, ensuring a smooth and compliant build from start to finish.
The new mezzanine allowed the client to relocate all storage upstairs, freeing up the ground floor so it can be transformed into a showroom.
