Dynamic Warehouse Solutions recently completed the installation of 37 mezzanine floors across 37 new industrial units in Wantirna.
From the early design stage, we worked closely with the developer to integrate our modular mezzanine floor system, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free build. The client required each mezzanine to be free-standing and independent, so our design team carefully positioned posts to maximise flexibility for future owners.
Full DDA compliance was also essential. To achieve this, we developed a modular galvanised handrail system that is durable and adaptable to varying stair heights and quick to install. This prefabricated approach allowed the mezzanines to be installed quickly towards the end of construction, avoiding damage to structural steelwork and eliminating the need to include mezzanines in the original steel package.
Overall, each unit’s usable space increased by over 85%, significantly boosting both market value and appeal to buyers.
