Industry Cladding approached Dynamic with very limited space and a requirement to increase their manufacturing facilities without the hassle of relocating.
After discussing the issues they were facing, we came up with a solution to install a custom-designed 140 square meter mezzanine floor, built to expand their capacity without expanding their building.
This heavy-duty mezzanine is built for strength, safety, and long-term use, with a load rating of 5 Kpa or 500 kilograms per square metre.
A rollover safety gate was also installed, ensuring secure and efficient pallet loading at height.
This resulted in Industry Cladding moving all storage upstairs, instantly freeing up the entire ground floor for manufacturing, boosting productivity and streamlining workflow.
From design to delivery, our team managed every step, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
