Project Overview

Dynamic Warehouse Solutions completed a 275m² hi-span mezzanine floor for Ascot Group, delivering a fully fitted-out upper level to expand office space for Paramount Liquor in Derrimut.

Working on behalf of Ascot Group, we designed and installed the mezzanine to seamlessly integrate with the base build, maximising usable space without compromising warehouse operations below. The hi-span structure provided a clear, open footprint, ideal for creating functional and flexible office environments above.

Despite the challenges of COVID-19 restrictions, the project was completed on time and on budget and a strong testament to our team’s planning, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Significant uplift in functional space achieved without costly building extensions.
