Taking Ellis Air to new heights with the completion of their new mezzanine.
We have recently finished constructing a two-tier mezzanine structure. The first floor will be used for offices which are currently being fitted, while the second floor will serve as a storage mezzanine. This design leaves the ground floor area clear for production and warehouse use. It’s a fantastic utilization of space!
This mezzanine features 256m2 of space with a 5kpa load rating. The steel posts and beams grit-blasted and painted in charcoal primer finish along with Redtongue Particleboard flooring, and a Heavy Duty Steel Staircase.
