Dynamic Warehouse Solutions partnered with Industry Cladding to deliver a custom mezzanine solution that significantly increased their manufacturing capacity, without the need to relocate. With limited existing floor space, we worked closely with their team to design and install a 140m² heavy-duty mezzanine floor, allowing expansion within the existing building footprint.

The mezzanine was engineered for strength, safety, and long-term performance, with a 5kPa (500kg/m²) load rating to support high-volume storage. A rollover safety gate was incorporated to enable safe and efficient pallet handling at height, while maintaining uninterrupted operations below.

By relocating all storage to the mezzanine level, Industry Cladding immediately freed up the entire ground floor for manufacturing, boosting productivity, improving workflow, and maximising the value of their space. From design through to installation, our team managed every stage with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
