Project Overview
Dynamic Warehouse Solutions completed a purpose-built two-tier mezzanine for Ellis Air, designed to maximise usable space without compromising day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the client, we delivered a smart vertical solution that separates functions across levels, with the first tier dedicated to new office space (currently being fitted out) and the second tier providing high-capacity storage, keeping the ground floor clear for production and warehouse use.
The mezzanine delivers 256m² of additional floor area with a 5kPa load rating, significantly increasing operational capacity while allowing Ellis Air to grow vertically and maintain an efficient, uncluttered workspace.
Two-tier design frees up 100% of ground floor for production and warehouse operations.
