Project Overview
Dynamic Warehouse Solutions was engaged to design and construct a mezzanine for a second-level dance floor at VS Ballet. A key requirement was to keep the entire ground floor completely clear, with no posts obstructing the space, creating a clear span of 9.8 m. The mezzanine was designed as a split-level structure to maximise the available building height, providing additional functional space without compromising the flow of the dance floor below. Custom-coloured posts, beams, and balustrades gave the mezzanine a sleek, modern finish. The project was delivered on time and under budget, with the clients extremely satisfied with the result.
The mezzanine maximises usable floor space while maintaining an open, flexible ground level, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
