Dynamic Warehouse Solutions recently partnered with Plumbtec on the design, supply and installation of a 430m² mezzanine floor within their new Alfredton store. Engaged early in the planning stage, we worked closely with the client to develop a layout that maximised the building’s vertical space while supporting both operational and customer-facing needs.

The finished mezzanine was fully integrated into the facility’s design, with offices constructed below and a spacious showroom and open storage area above. This approach allowed Plumbtec to significantly expand their display and storage capacity without increasing the building footprint, delivering a far more cost-effective outcome than expanding the structure itself.

The result has been a highly functional retail and operational space that supports both staff workflow and customer experience. Following the success of the initial installation, Dynamic has also been engaged to extend the mezzanine by a further 70m² to create even more efficient storage capacity.
