All custom mezzanines are fully engineered to Australian standards, with the option to accommodate light office loads (3kPa / 300kg/m²), heavy storage (5kPa / 500kg/m²), or custom machinery loads up to 1000kg/m².

We can prepare initial structural concept plans and estimates from your photos, drawings, and sketches. However, a free on-site consultation is recommended to align with warehouse workflows, and a final pre-fabrication inspection is mandatory to verify all dimensions.
Q7. What clear height is required for a custom mezzanine?
Compliance requires a minimum of 2100mm headroom above and below the mezzanine floor. Since custom floor structures generally have a minimum depth of 250mm or more, a total warehouse roof height of approximately 4450mm is necessary.
